Work Environment

Successful job performance is often directly related to accurately matching a person’s natural behavior with the behavior demanded by a specific job. Our assessments explore the question of “If the job could talk, what behavioral characteristics would it ask for?” When a candidate’s behavioral style match that of the job, the result is a better fit and successful placement.

Interviewing Insights

This assessment allows employers to compare a candidate’s behavorial style to the work environment report. It reduces the likelihood that the candidate can mask behavior just to get the job.
